Configuring the client id and secret manually

If you don't set the app registration during marketplace setup, you will need to configure it on Locksmith manually after the resources are created.

1. Navigate to the locksmith Key Vault resource that was just created with the prefix that was provided
2. Add yourself as a Key Vault admin via Azure RBAC
3. Add the application secret
4. Optionally, assign users or groups to the application in Enterprise Apps. If none are assigned, then anyone in your tenant will have access to Locksmith.
5. Load the secrets in from Key Vault with the [TODO] button
6. Reload the application and wait about 15 minutes for provisioning to finish. The app service plan may throw 401 errors
